Twenty years of drywall craftsmanship, one family name.
Sanding, finishing, and complete job-site cleanup — done with the same care our family has brought to drywall for two decades. Serving Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.
Right now, Faison Drywall Specialists LLC focuses on doing a few things exceptionally well: sanding, finishing, and leaving your site spotless when we're done. We're a growing family business, and we'd rather be upfront about what we offer today than promise more than we can deliver.
Smooth, seamless surfaces sanded by hand with 20 years of technique behind every pass.
Taping, mudding, and coat work finished to a clean, paint-ready surface every time.
We haul away the mess when we're done — you're left with finished walls, not cleanup.
Installation, texturing, painting, and design work are on our roadmap as we grow. We'll always tell you plainly what we offer today.
Herman Faison
Ralph Faison
Patricia Faison picked up her first sanding block over twenty years ago, working alongside her older brothers at the original Faison Drywall out of Oxon Hill, Maryland. That's where she learned the trade — not from a manual, but from family, wall by wall.
Today, as CEO & Founder of Faison Drywall Specialists LLC, she's carrying that name forward. Every job is a chance to honor the standard her brothers Herman and Ralph set and to build something that outlasts them both — quality work, treating every client like family, and a business their legacy can be proud of.
"We don't just finish walls — we finish them the way family would."
We're for the people — which means you shouldn't have to take our word for it. Here's our licensing and insurance paperwork, straight from the State of Maryland and our insurer.

The Faison drywall tradition started in Oxon Hill, Maryland — passed down through hands that believed the work should always speak for itself. It's still family running every job today, not hired-out labor.
Patricia walks through her sanding technique — the kind of hands-on detail that separates a good finish from a great one. This is the same care that goes into every wall we touch.
Every project starts with an honest conversation about what your space needs — no pressure, just family helping family. Fill this out and we'll get back to you personally.
